Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you’re not, you can request a refund within 5 days of receiving your order. Just reach out to our customer service team with your order details and the reason for the return, and we’ll be happy to assist. Please note that refunds can only be processed if the product is in its original, unused condition. While initial shipping costs are non-refundable, we’ll gladly cover them if there was an error on our part.
Upon receiving your order, please ensure it is complete and that all boxes or drums are in good condition, with no swollen or leaking bags. If you encounter any issues, notify us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund, if applicable.
Late/ missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account first. Refunds can take time to process, especially over weekends and holidays. Contact your bank if your refund hasn't been posted after checking. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
